Selection criteria

Locking force, real-time shot control, vacuum assist.

Supply chain

Shenzhen, Foshan and Dongguan are the main bases of China's die-casting machine industry, including a listed Foshan maker. Shot control and vacuum assistance decide porosity, which matters most at the bearing seat.

Buyer FAQ

What clamping force is needed for motor end caps and housings?
Small end caps usually run on 160–400 t machines; larger housings and integrated motor-gearbox cases need 500–1,000 t. Size from projected area × cavity pressure with margin, and check the shot capacity for the part plus runners and overflows.
How do I keep porosity out of the bearing seat?
Use real-time shot control, vacuum assistance where the part allows it, local squeeze pins at thick sections, and good thermal control of the die. Verify with X-ray at start-up and after die changes, and leave enough machining stock to clean up surface porosity.
Cold-chamber or hot-chamber?
Aluminium alloys such as ADC12 must use cold-chamber machines; hot-chamber machines are for zinc and magnesium alloys.
