Supply chain

Dongguan (Liaobu, Dongkeng, Huangjiang) and Shenzhen are a major cluster of motor-automation builders that make paper inserters to the customer's slot shape. Check changeover time between slot types and how the paper is formed and cut.

Buyer FAQ

Which slot liner material should I use?
DMD (polyester film + polyester non-woven) for class F, NMN or NHN (with aramid paper) for class H or higher reliability, and plain PET film for low-cost class B designs. Thickness is usually 0.15–0.3 mm for small motors.
What does the machine have to do?
Feed the insulation strip, crease and form it to the slot shape, cut it to length with cuffs (folded ends) if needed, and push it into each slot while the stator or armature indexes.
What should I check on the inserted paper?
Correct overhang at both ends (creepage distance), no tears or cracks at the creases, and the paper fully seated without blocking the slot opening for winding.
