Selection criteria

Shot-volume accuracy, 1K / 2K adhesive capability.

Supply chain

Shenzhen and Dongguan have a large dispensing-equipment industry, plus local offices of Japanese and US valve brands. For magnet bonding, check shot-to-shot volume repeatability and suitability for the chosen adhesive.

Buyer FAQ

What adhesive is used to bond magnets?
Anaerobic adhesives (often with an activator) for fast fixture times, heat-cured one-component epoxies for the highest strength and temperature resistance, and structural acrylics as a middle ground. Choose for the rotor's maximum temperature and centrifugal load.
Which dispensing valve should I choose?
Time-pressure valves are cheap but drift with viscosity and temperature. Volumetric (auger or progressive-cavity) valves give repeatable shot sizes for structural bonds, and jetting valves are fast for small dots.
How do I check bond quality?
Check bead position and volume (vision or weighing), cure conditions per lot, and run push-out or shear tests on sample rotors at the maximum operating temperature.
