ClassA Motor

Manufacturing overview · Typical process

37 mm Brushed DC Gear Motor (spur gearbox)

Ø37 mm spur gearbox · 12 / 24 V · about 10–1,000 rpm output · ratios 1:10–1:500

A low-cost, compact drive used in smart curtains and locks, small robots and vehicles, vending and dispensing machines, valves and household appliances. A ferrite permanent-magnet brushed motor drives a multi-stage spur gearbox. Quality is decided by the commutation system (commutator turning, brushes and run-in) and by gear accuracy and grease, which together set noise, life and current draw.

Export certification

Low-voltage motor without electronics: Assumes a low-voltage motor (up to 48 V) without built-in electronics, exported as a component. An integrated driver or the end use (medical, automotive…) changes the requirements.
