Supply chain

Shenzhen, Dongguan and Foshan builders supply servo presses with force–displacement monitoring for bearing, shaft and end-cap pressing, many with their own controllers. Check curve-window judgement, data traceability and PLC integration.

Buyer FAQ

Why use a servo press instead of a pneumatic or hydraulic press?
A servo press controls position and force precisely and records a force–displacement curve for every part. Bad fits — wrong interference, misaligned bearings, missing parts — show up as curves outside the window and are rejected automatically, with full traceability.
How do I set the pass/fail windows?
Press a run of good parts at the tolerance limits (tight and loose fits), overlay the curves, and set windows or envelopes around the final position and the force at key points. Re-validate after any change in part supplier, lubricant or tooling.
What force rating do I need for motor assembly?
Bearing and shaft pressing on small motors typically needs 5–30 kN; rotor cores pressed on knurled shafts or stators pressed into housings can need 30–100 kN. Choose a rating so the working force sits at 20–80 % of full scale, where the load cell is most accurate.
